If your child(ren) will be attending AfterCamp*, please fill out this form. * Cost for this service is $20 per child, per day. If you know your summer work schedule, and would like to prepay there will be a discount of $18/day. If you are unsure of your work schedule, please let us know when your child will be staying as soon as possible, so that we can staff this program appropriately. Parents not using this service on a regular basis will be expected to pay daily. It is important to remember that any parent picking up a child later than 6:00 p.m. will be charged $1 per minute, per child. The late charge will be paid directly to the supervising counselors as compensation for extending their day beyond what was expected.

Due to state guidelines, any camper taking prescription or over the counter drugs (including, but not limited to aspirin, Tylenol, cough syrups, antihistamines, etc.) at camp must have a Request for Administering Medication form filled out.
