What should my child bring to camp everyday?
You should pack a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and a lunch. You do not need to send a lunch on Fridays. Fred cooks Fred’s Fabulous Franks on Fridays. Please label all of your child’s belongings. We are not responsible for anything lost or misplaced.
How will pick up of my child be handled?
If your child does not take a bus, campers must be signed out of camp. If you sign out on a red piece of paper, you will be charged for aftercamp. Aftercamp charges begin promptly at 3:30 PM. The cost is $20 per day/per child. Aftercamp is to be paid the same day.
What is the refund policy?
If cancellation occurs prior to March 1, 2012, the deposit less the $100 application fee is refundable. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable after March 1. No refunds or changes after May 1, 2012.
What is your absence policy?
Make up days or refunds are not granted for any absences. Prorated refunds will be given if a child remains absent for more than 2 weeks due to continuous illness. Refund will begin on the 1st day of the 3rd week of absence.
How do you handle food allergies?
Please fill in all allergies on the intake form so that we know what allergies we are dealing with. If your child needs an Epi-pen or other medicine at camp, please have the physician permission form signed by your doctor. The counselors carry the Epi-pens with them at all times. If your child can only eat specific snacks that you provide, please bring them to camp office and it will be passed out at the appropriate time.
